   Sue Horton
 Manager and Personal Trainer  
Sue is a graduate from the University of Buffalo with a degree in Sport and Exercise Science.
    She is certified for personal training through the American College of Sports Medicine.  Sue
    also teaches boot camp classes and instructs a personal training certification class at UTA.
    She first joined the Training staff of City Club in January 1995 and returned to City Club as
    the Manager of the Women's Fitness Center in September 2012 after a 6-year break to stay
    at home with her two children. 

  Sally Greenwood
   Aerobics Instructor, Personal Trainer and Spin Instructor
   Our longest term employee, Sally has been with the City Club since November 1992.  A
   lifetime fitness enthusiast, Sally is certified as a Personal Trainer from the Cooper Clinic
   and as an Aerobics Instructor from Aerobics and Fitness Association of America.  She
   incorporates her love for the outdoors with her popular Boot Camp class which takes 
   place along the banks of the Trinity River.  Sally also teaches abs and weight training
   classes and is a certified Spinning instructor and teaches spinning classes at the Club. 

  Janis Rankin
   Personal Trainer and Reformer and Mat Pilates Instructor
   Janis has been teaching aerobics for so long that she remembers using 45's for the class! 
   She came to City Club in September 2001.  Janis brings in several fields of expertise. 
   She holds certifications from Baylor Medical in Sports Medicine, Cooper Clinic in water
   aerobics and the American Council on Exercise in Aerobics instruction.  In September
   2004, Janis added a Pilates certification  and in 2008, added Reformer Pilates certification
   to her list of qualifications.  She is both a personal trainer and class instructor at City Club. 

  Robert Velasco
   Personal Trainer
   Robert is a graduate of Southern State University in New Mexico where he received his
   Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology while also playing football for his alma mater.  He holds
   numerous Personal Training Certifications including American Council of Exercise,
   International Fitness Trainers of America, National Strength and Conditioning Association
   and Personal Training on the Net, to name a few.  In his leisure, Robert enjoys working out,
   racquetball and training his dogs.  He joined City Club in September 2005.  

Ricky Chavez
   Personal Trainer and Spin Instructor
   Ricky is a graduate of the University of North Texas with a Bachelor of Science degree in
   Health Promotion and with a minor in Kinesiology. He is a personal trainer that focuses on
   weight loss and strength training.  He is certified by the Aerobics and Fitness Association of
   America and has been with City Club since September 2010. He is a certified Spinning
   instructor and teaches Spinning classes at the Club.  He also teaches F.I.T. classes in the
   evenings at City Club.  Ricky has competed in the NPC National Body Building for Men Physique
   show placing 4th.  He is looking forward to becoming a pro body builder in the next few years.

   Carla Winchester
   Locker Room Attendant 
Carla has been with City Club as a Locker Room Attendant since 2010.  She enjoys working
   with the City Club members and their families.  Carla has four children and stays very busy
   between work and her family.
